Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States.

Where it ships from
Our warehouse is inside the United States. Nothing you order from us comes from overseas.

Shipping cost
Free on every order. No handling fees and no surprise charges at checkout.

Order processing
Orders are packed within 1-3 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Delivery time
2-5 business days by FedEx once your order leaves the warehouse. Most customers have their order within a week of placing it.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to correct an address, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it if the order has not shipped.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 days of shipping, contact us and we will refund or replace it.
