How long does delivery take?

2-5 business days once it ships, and we ship within 1-3 business days of your order. Most people have it within a week. It leaves our warehouse in the United States — nothing comes from overseas.

How much is shipping?

Free, on every order.

How many towels does it hold?

Up to five oversized bath towels. Two 40" x 70" bath sheets fit with room left over.

Can I put a robe or a blanket in it?

Yes. Robes, pyjamas, small blankets, hand towels.

Is it safe to leave running?

It shuts itself off at the end of the timer, so there's no switch to remember. We'd still say don't run any heating appliance unattended overnight.

Is it certified?

Yes — ETL listed and FCC certified, with a V0 flame-retardant housing. ETL means an independent lab tested it against the US safety standard for this kind of product. Plenty of towel warmers sold online carry no third-party listing at all, so it's worth checking on any unit you're comparing.

What's the warranty?

Three years. If it fails we replace it, you don't ship the old one back, and you don't pay shipping. Full details on our Warranty page.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes, within 30 days, unused and in the original box. Return shipping is on you for change-of-mind returns — it's a 12 lb box, so expect roughly $25-30. If it's faulty, that's a warranty claim instead and it costs you nothing.
