3-Year Warranty

Every towel warmer we sell is covered for three years from the day it arrives.

What's covered

If it stops heating, stops holding a timer, the display fails, or it arrives damaged — we replace it.

What you do

Email xxr0dfatherxx@gmail.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. A photo or short video helps but isn't required.

What you don't do

You don't send the broken one back. You don't pay shipping in either direction. You don't need a receipt, a registration, or a serial number — your order number is enough.

What isn't covered

Damage from dropping it, submerging it, or opening the housing. Normal cosmetic wear and tear. Units bought from anyone other than us.

Why we do it this way

We only sell units that carry third-party safety certification, which means an independent lab tested them rather than the factory vouching for itself. If we're confident enough to sell it, we should be confident enough to stand behind it for three years.

Most towel warmers sold online come with a one-year warranty if they come with one at all, and a lot of them carry no safety certification whatsoever.
