Common questions

How many towels does it hold?

Two 40 by 70 inch bath sheets, or three to five regular towels depending on how thick they are. Some listings for this style of warmer claim five oversized towels — realistically expect three if they are big and fluffy. It heats faster with fewer in it. Robes, pyjamas and small blankets go in too.

How long does shipping take?

Orders leave within 1-3 business days and arrive in 2-5 days by FedEx. Everything ships from our warehouse inside the United States, so there is no overseas wait. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free on every US order.

Is it safe to leave running?

It shuts itself off at the end of the timer, so there is no switch to remember. The unit is ETL listed and FCC certified with a flame-retardant housing and automatic shut-off. As with any heating appliance, we would not leave it running unattended overnight.
