We sell one thing, and we try to sell it well: towel warmers.

Why only one product

Search "towel warmer" and you'll find dozens of near-identical unbranded boxes. No company name, no safety certification listed, and a warranty that lasts about as long as the seller does.

We'd rather stock one product we can actually answer questions about than fifty we can't.

What we promise

It's certified. Every unit we sell carries third-party safety certification — ETL and FCC. That means an independent lab tested it against the US safety standard, rather than the factory vouching for itself. This is a heating element that runs unattended in a room full of fabric. It should be tested, and we think you should be told that it was.

It ships from here. Our warehouse is in the United States. Orders arrive in 2-5 days, not three weeks. Nothing we sell comes to you from overseas.

It's warranted for three years. If it fails, we replace it. You don't ship the broken one back and you don't pay shipping either way.

The price is the price. No struck-through numbers we never charged, no countdown timers, no "was $299" on something that was never $299.
